Q. How long has the person that is training been doing Paintless Dent Removal?
A. I have been doing PDR for over 17years, (early 1990 I started) but have been involved with repairing vehicles for over 27 years. I am the only person that trains new technicians and do not have any of my staff involved with the training process.

Q. Can I purchase the training manual and if I can't work out the process can I do a training course at a later date.
A. Yes you can. And the training course will be tailored to your needs with the cost of the manual taken off the training costs.

Q. I wear glasses to see better, will they cause me any problems learning Paintless Dent Removal.
A. No, many of the technicians I have trained have worn reading glasses and I have found that they can see what they are doing without any problems.

Q. How many people have you trained?
A. I have trained over 150 Technicians from around Australia and New Zealand up til the end of 2007.

Q. I do not have any Panel Beating experience. Will I be able to learn Paintless Dent Removal?
A. You do not need any Panel Beating experience. I have found those that have not been involved with the motor vehicle repair industry are easier to train and have become successful PDR Technicians.

Q. How long after doing any training will I be able start doing repairs of my own?
A. After training so many people, I can not give any time on how quick you will pick the process up or start making money. Everyone that I have trained has been different as there skill and approach has been different. However after the course with practice, your speed and skill will increase and only you will no when you will be able to charge for your services.
